Aphids is proud to announce that
Rachel Feery will be joining us for our
Wilderness Lab as part of the
Atelier Edens Project. This secondment for an emerging artist will give Rachel the opportunity to collaborate with local and international artists at the luscious Point Nepean National Park.
Atelier Edens artists will be researching the possibilities for getting physical in and with the Point Nepean site. Bunker runs, bike boys, tree climbing and spandex are forming the foundation of an intense and sweaty site residency coming up in December.
As an emerging video artist, there will be great opportunity for skill exchange as the Wilderness Lab Team conducts Research+Development, test broadcasting and streaming live video/sound from the park; develops mobile sustainable public activities and designs the ATELIER EDENS iPhone APP to lead visitors on a trail based experience in the park with international artists
Champagne Valentine.
