FLYWAY PUBLICATION

A publication about Flyway was launched at the Wheeler Centre in April 2014. Part of Aphids Records series, this beautiful publication was created by Elizabeth Dunn and Aphids’ Supermassive design intern Rebecca McCauley.

This publication documents the contributing artists’ extensive field research and engagement with birders across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. It also recorded the artists’ reflections on their making processes along with documentation of the project at the 2012 Next Wave Festival.

The publication has been distributed to peers and presenters from Australia and abroad at local and international meetings such as the IETM in Melbourne and during the Flyway tour to Operadagen Rotterdam and the International Theatre Festival in Bulgaria.
