APHIDS x LONG PRAWN: RADICAL BITE
As part of the State Library ALCHEMY program.
A collaborative project between APHIDS and LONG PRAWN hand-mixing artists, food designers, performers and thinkers for a series of artistic dining experiences at the State Library of Victoria. Reflecting on radical histories, texts and archives collected by the library, this source material will be used to deliver performance lectures matched with innovative food and beverage offerings.
