Pan Pan x APHIDS Residency

UNFORGETTABLE SOUL THERAPY

Taking place in May 2026, UNFORGETTABLE SOUL THERAPY is a residency between Pan Pan and APHIDS, where the two organisations will be fully immersed in each other’s practices and have a unique opportunity to collaborate with similar minded artists from across the world.

Taking place at Studio 24 within the historic Abbotsford Convent, UNFORGETTABLE SOUL THERAPY comes from the writings of Antonin Artaud and the residency will use Artaud’s works as a jumping-off point to examine where the ‘Theatre of Cruelty’ exists today.

Collaborators: Salma Ataya, Emma Coen, Ash Flanders, Margot Morales, Mish Grigor, Gavin Quinn and Manuel Zschunke.

This residency is supported by the Arts Council of Ireland’s International Residency Initiatives Scheme and Studio 24. APHIDS is supported by Creative Australia and Creative Victoria, and Pan Pan is core funded by the Arts Council of Ireland and supported by Dublin City Council.

APHIDS acknowledges the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Boon wurrung peoples on whose lands we live and work. Sovereignty was never ceded and we pay our respect to past, present, and future Aboriginal elders and community, and to their long and rich history of artmaking on this Country.
